When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Well, its done. This is the first full piece (i.e non-practice work) that ive done for a long time. Indeed, it started off as another nebula practice, but it grew and grew. Eventually i decided to turn it into an idea that ive been meaning to do for a while, and so here it is. I must have put about 8-10 hours work into this, making this the most substantial (time wise) piece of work ive done to date (yes i know, not long by the standards of some of the artists on DA, but its a biggie for me
 ). So, i hope you all like, and PLEASE suggest ideas for improvements, i really want to make this piece as good as it can possibly be. For those of you who dont know, WOLF359 is a real star, which lies about 7.8 light years from earth near the constellation Leo. This makes it one of the closest stars to our planet (only Alpha Centauri and Barnard's star are nearer), meaning that when we eventually take to the stars, Wolf will probably be one of the first systems we visit. Just a little something for those of you who like a bit of back story As with all my work, comments and favs are very much appreciated. |
